Sibling Distillery is a gin distillery which was founded in 2014 by the four Elliott-Berry Siblings. Watching their parents working hard to run a small microbrewery whilst they were growing up gave them an immense passion for quality drinks making and also formed their commitment to doing things the proper way. Sibling is one of the few distilleries in the UK to make gin entirely from scratch, no shortcuts, no neutral spirit, no compromise on quality. Their range is contemporary, creative and fun, whilst still valuing tradition and quality, so much so that their Sibling Original Gin actually won the full 3* at the Great Taste Awards amongst a whole host of other awards for their range.

Based on Coxhorne Farm on the edge of Cheltenham, they create six gins, two dry gins and four seasonals. The two dry gins are their Sibling Original, rich with the flavours of vanilla and blueberry and their Sibling Negroni Inspired Gin, which pays homage to the Negroni cocktail by using Italian aperitif inspired botanicals to create a citrusy, spicy and refreshing G&T. 

 

DISTILLERY TOUR AND TASTING

In the distillery tour and tasting, we open the barn doors and invite you in to see all areas of our business and how we make our award winning gins. It lasts around two hours and includes a tour, tasting, light lunch and education on all things gin followed by gin ‘pub quiz’, Q&A yand the G&Ts are bottomless!

 

GIN LAB

12-40 people – 2 hrs

Create your own unique gin with your signature botanical blend using our hands-on gin lab workshops. You get a ‘base’ gin from which you can add each botanical until you’ve perfected your own recipe. You’ll get a chance to taste lots of different gins and learn about the distilling process and all while enjoying a G&T or two.

 

GIN TASTING PARTY

12-40 people – 2 hrs

For our gin tasting parties we can come to your venue/home/bar and host a tasting for your group with a talk on how we make our gin and how we run the business, followed by guided tasting of all of our gins, a gin themed quiz and Q&A.
