Michael's Mediterranean is a little corner of Cyprus in the heart of the Cotswolds. Open for brunch, lunch and dinner, the menu offers traditional Cypriot cuisine, complemented by modern Mediterranean dishes; from an array of Mezze dishes, fresh fish, seafood and seasonal daily specials, to its renowned “Marathona” fillet steaks.
The restaurant is popular with the local community and visitors drawn to the beautiful medieval town of Chipping Campden who come to dine in relaxed surroundings with the warm ambience of an open fires in the winter, or the pretty terrace in the summer. In 2018 Michael’s Mediterranean was shortlisted as Restaurant of the Year in The Cotswold Life Food & Drink Awards. The restaurant has featured in the Sunday Times’ review as one of the best Greek restaurants in the UK, and US travel guru Rick Steves has featured Michael’s Restaurant in his travel book entitled Best of England.
Housed in the same listed 17th century townhouse is Woolmarket House; the family-owned six bedroom luxury boutique-style bed and breakfast offering guests the opportunity to both dine at Michael’s and stay overnight.
